Students: How are you doing? Below are links to wellness surveys for each of our schools. Click yours and tell us! You can request a contact from one of our counselors if you feel the need.
· The information contained in the wellness survey may contain confidential information, including student and family information. It is intended to provide assistance to you by the school counselors / school social workers and nurses. Building Principals will have access to the surveys in order to assure there is a timely response from staff.
· Confidentiality does not apply in situations where someone is in danger or there is risk of harm.
