Attention DPS Families!
Friday, February 16th has been set aside for parent/teacher conferences. Spring conferences are new for Dixon Schools. The goal of these conferences is for teachers to communicate interventions and strategies to help students to finish the year successfully. These conferences are being held on just one day and teachers will be focusing on students who may not be prepared to move on to the next grade level. Over the next 2 weeks teachers will be reaching out to specific parents and guardians to invite you and your child to a conference. As noted, these conferences have a specific purpose and are scheduled by invite. However, if you have a specific academic or behavior concern that you would like addressed, please contact your child’s teacher through email or Seesaw to request a conference.
Respectfully,
Doug Stansford
Assistant Superintendent
