Anyone interested in performing with the dance team this fall is welcome to attend. Information about the fall season will be provided as well as future practice dates. Dixon Performance is hosting a nutritional seminar this Sunday in the DHS cafeteria. There will be a male Student-Athlete session @ 3:30 PM and the female Student-Athlete session will be held from at 4:30 PM. The speaker will present for 30-35 minutes and then open up the floor to any and all questions. We encourage the athlete to bring the parent/guardian that is the primary grocery shopper and/or cook of the family.
