Congratulations to Lindsay Drew, our Spirit Award winner from Madison this week. She is doing amazing things with students every day! So many have gained skills and graduated from speech under her expert care. Her passion for students can be seen in all that she does, whether providing services, mentoring an aspiring speech pathologist, or providing support to our special education team. We are lucky Mrs. Drew is a part of our school!

The LCSEA Transitions class had an opportunity to learn all about Sauk Valley Community College today. Students learned about programs of study, college-life, and resources available to students and community members. Students toured the campus and asked great questions along the way. A highlight of our trip was seeing some former DHS students who stopped to say hello and shared their college experience with us. Thanks to SVCC for a wonderful tour.
